We have an immediate opportunity for an experience Finance Administrator AP & Payroll with our multinational Aviation client based in Shannon.
Function of Position:
This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the finance department. Finance support will entail completing and managing the Accounts Payable & Payroll process for part of the international business.
Main Duties:
Accounts Payable
Ø Purchase Invoicing Processing
Ø Working with Purchase Order owners where invoices do not match
Ø Invoice query resolution
Ø Payment processing
Ø Completing creditor reconciliations monthly
Ø Following up with supplier’s queries
Ø Performing bank reconciliations
Ø Ad hoc month end activities
