eFlexes are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Specialist on behalf of our multinational client based in the Mid-West. Reporting to the Senior Supply Chain Specialist, this role will focus on providing sales support to customers and sales representatives.
This is a dynamic and fast-paced position requiring strong cross-functional collaboration across the organisation. The successful candidate will have 4–5 years’ relevant experience and strong ERP system knowledge.
The Customer Service Specialist will provide sales support to customers, sales representatives, and internal teams to ensure the timely processing of customer orders and inquiries, along with effective problem resolution.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and perform all duties in line with company quality standards, ISO-9001 requirements, and applicable GMP elements as outlined in the Quality Manual
Receive, process, and accurately enter customer orders into the system (including price checking, updating customer information, and conducting credit checks)
Provide high-quality customer service by taking and expediting orders, communicating order updates, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues
Liaise with internal departments to communicate customer information and ensure timely resolution of queries
Provide sales support to travelling sales representatives
Attend and actively participate in team meetings
Travel to key accounts and relevant seminars as required
Support additional duties and special projects as assigned
Level 5 Leaving Certificate
4–5 years’ experience in a customer service or sales support role
Strong telephone and written communication skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong computer proficiency; ERP experience is essential
A strong focus on customer service and teamwork
