Due to ongoing business growth, we currently have an opportunity for Payroll & Finance Assistant in our office here in Shannon. Position will be offered as full time permanent position with attractive package for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Processing - Sage & Quantum
- Account Payable/Receivable
- Credit Control
- Bank Reconciliation
- Maintaining accounting documents and records.
- Financial reporting in line with business KPI’s
- General Finance Administration
- File PAYE & VAT Returns
Candidate Profile:
- 1 to 2 years of experience working in similar role with busy finance team.
- IATI/IPASS qualification highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to meet department deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills.
