Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally
- Provide expert advice and product recommendations to customers
- Process orders, quotes, and follow up on inquiries efficiently
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships
- Pursue new leads and business opportunities to expand the customer base
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
- Work closely with the warehouse and delivery teams to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in internal sales, telesales, or a customer service role (preferably in hardware or a related industry)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build relationships with new and existing customers
- Excellent organisational and coordination skills to support meetings and track progress
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships
- Good knowledge of hardware products and construction materials (preferred)
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales software, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player
