Job Title: Claims Customer Services Administrator
Location: Co. Clare
Contract: Specified Purpose Contract (6months) Full time hours Monday to Friday
Salary: €25-28,000 per annum pro rata
Start Date: April 2018
eFlexes Staffing & Recruitment are currently seeking to hire a Claims Customer Service Administrator for our customer based in Co. Clare. This full time role requires a minimum of 2 years previous claims experience in a fast paced environment.

Duties and responsibilities:
-Assess and process 70 claims per day within the terms and conditions of the cash plan
-Issue supporting correspondence for all claims processed
-Promptly answer incoming claims telephone queries
-Reply to general correspondence from policyholders
-Check bank details and ensure the correct process is followed to make amendments or changes
-Follow a process to ensure the premiums are up to date for large loss, first time or birth grant claims
Experience required:
-Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Claims Service Administrator role
-Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
-Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
-Excellent multitasking and time keeping skills
-Proficient in Microsoft office
