A Credit Collections Analyst is required for a global organisation in Shannon, Co. Clare. The role is being offered as a 12 month contract and would provide an excellent opportunity for a recent Business or Finance graduate to work with a global team.
The Credit Collections Analyst will be responsible for:
- Overseeing Credit and Collection activity to ensure targets are met or exceeded
- Managing a portfolio of customers across EMEA and APJ
- Analyse and report on issues
- Work closely with other groups to ensure issues are resolved quickly
- Develop strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
The successful candidate will have:
- A Degree in Business or related Discipline
- 1 – 2 years’ experience in a finance/customer service/shared service environment would be an advantage.
Candidates should also possess the following skills:
- Superior problem solving and analytical skills
- Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and business partnering skills
- The ability to handle multiple and competing priorities
- Highly motivated, self-starter, with a sense of urgency and accountability
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of SAP
- Collection experience desirable
