Logistics Administrator
EFlexes have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Logistics administrator on a permanent contract in Co. Clare.
The main duties of this role will include the following:
• Manage material and component inventories
• Responsible and accountable for the ordering, receiving, processing, storing, shipment and delivery and reconciliation of supplies.
• Operate in-house computer system (data entry, analysis, maintenance, and processing)
• Assisting the Logistics & Warehouse Manager as required
• General warehouse documentation processing & management
• Organising collections
• 80% of the time will be reviewing document and preparing paper work and 20% of the time will be allocated in loading and unloading stock.
Experience & Skills
• 1-2 years logistics/warehouse administration or similar experience
• Strong IT skills
• High levels of attention to detail
• Experience using Fishbowl Inventory desirable
• Forklift / Reach Truck licence desirable
