eFlexes Recruitment is delighted to partner with a leading aviation engine and finance company in their search for a Legal & Compliance Administrator to join their team in Shannon. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic legal department, providing key administrative and compliance support in a fast-paced industry.

About the Role:

As a Legal & Compliance Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the legal team across transaction, company secretarial, and insurance functions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience in a global aviation company while developing your skills in legal administration and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain electronic legal document databases, ensuring accurate sorting, scanning, indexing, and filing of transaction files and legal documentation.
  • Oversee contracts administration, including the creation and updating of transaction files.
  • Coordinate the distribution of transaction documentation to joint venture partners, customers, sales representatives, external legal counsel, and internal teams.
  • Maintain general legal files, company records, group spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Handle various administrative duties, such as file setup (electronic and hard copy), courier coordination, and archiving.
  • Support the compliance team with:
    • KYC due diligence, watchlist screenings, and trade route assessments.
    • Compliance reporting and the management of policies and procedures.
    • Monitoring regulatory changes, assisting with staff compliance training, and supporting general compliance activities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A qualification in Business, Compliance, or Law.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); experience with CRM and cloud-based systems is an advantage.
  • Strong time management skills and experience handling file management.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to structure and manage documents efficiently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
  • High attention to detail and strong risk awareness.
