Team Leader
A Team Leader position is currently available with our Shannon based client, a global leader in their industry.
The Team Leader will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the day shift by meeting production requirements and supporting the production team.
This is a permanent position offering a very attractive salary and benefits package and career development opportunities.
Key tasks include:
- Perform Team Leader role in support of one or more production areas
- Drive assigned production areas to achieve daily/weekly/monthly performance metrics
- Initiate and drive continuous improvement activities
- Execute all relevant company policies and procedures
Education & Experience:
- Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Supervisor Management or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role within a high-volume manufacturing or repair facility
- Demonstrated Team Leader / Supervisory experience
- Experience driving process/processes to excellence
- Familiar with Lean techniques
- A strong element of flexibility is required for this position
