Our client, HealthcareDirect, is a national provider of clinical services to the Public and Private Sectors. Due to continued expansion, there is now a requirement to recruit  an administrator to enhance our existing team.

 

The following briefly outlines the responsibilities for the role.    

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Customer Invoicingand Accounts Receivable /Aged Debtors
  • Staff Recruitment Administration (Irish jobs, Eflexes Portal, HCD Website, Social Media, UL Careers connect etc.)
  • New Staff Set up Administration (create email, badges, T-shirts, process documents etc.)
  • Staff Backup Documents to Nursing Homes
  • Staff Documentation yearly Renew Administration
  • Staff Hotel booking as required
  • HealthcareDirect News Letter Preparation
  • Stationary and Photocopy Requirements Ordering
  • HealthcareDirect Website Updates
  • E-Tender’s Preparation as required

     

    Personal Characteristics and Experience Profile Required:

  • Previous work experience in an administration role
  • Strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Competent in all aspects of computer entry and Microsoft Office programmes like Excel/Word and Outlook.
  • The ability to work under pressure and also show initiative.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative
