Global Product Manager – Industrial Oil & Gas/ Emissions Markets
To be successful in this role you will:
• Have a Bachelor's degree in STEM subject from an accredited college or university
• Preferably have experience working in a global instrumentation business serving industrial, oil & gas, process or emissions markets
• Show considerable experience in global product management and customer satisfaction
• Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence teams, customers and stakeholders
• Demonstrate the ability to lead multi-region programs or projects, carry out problem analysis and understand cost-control
• Be willing to travel domestically and internationally
As a Global Product Manager, you will be responsible for:
• Contributing to strategic plans, working closely with other teams to achieve product line growth & profitability objectives
• Developing a long-term strategic roadmap for product development to enable the global energy transition and digital transformation
• Seeking voice of customer to guide on areas for development to understand user experience and application usage
• Mentoring the team in processes and structure to ensure good outcomes & consistent approach across the portfolios
• Defining the commercial aspects of new product launches in partnership with marketing and commercial sales functions
