Sales Support Administrator- Ennis, Co. Clare
Contract: Permanent (To include 4 month probabtion)
Hours: Monday to Friday office hours

Eflexes Staffing and Recruitment are currently recruiting a ‘Sales Support Administrator’ for one of their long established clients in Ennis Co. Clare. This role will be based in a busy office environmen. The role will be multifaceted and will suit an individual with a strong office administration background who is ambitious, outgoing and boasts strong attention to detail.
This role involves offering administrative support to the field sales team and their customers.
Skills required:
• Minimum of 3+years’ experience in a busy Customer facing Office administration role
• Previous Customer support experience essential
• Experience in managing schedules to include meetings, hotel bookings, flights and conferences.
• Ability to multi task and work under pressure.
• Strong IT skills in Microsoft worked, excel, outlook.
Responsibilities:
• Organising busy work schedules for the Field sales team
• Daily correspondence via phone, email to both customers and sales team
• Dealing with incoming sales enquiries and follow up on same.
• Customer service calls to specific customer groups.
• Managing bookings of flights, hotels and conference bookings.
• Projects and ad hoc requests as may be required from time to time.
