eFlexes have an exciting new role for a JDE Support and Testing Technician on a one year fixed terms contract with a Multinational Customer of Ours based in Shannon, Co.Clare.
DUTIES AND TASKS:
Based in Shannon, the successful candidate will work alongside an experienced JDE team and key business users, to assist with a new upgrade.
Duties involve
• Work with key business users to identify and document critical JDE functions
• Generate test plans, testing and documenting the new JDE environment, ensuring that the business functions upgrade correctly
• Work with the wider Information Management team, external parties and internal business teams to meet the project milestones
• Training users on the upgraded system
• Resolve Post Go Live issues
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
Graduate level qualification in Business, Engineering, or Computing field.
Experience in an equivalent ERP system or supporting other IT systems would be beneficial
Effective communication skills are essential as are the abilities to work with people in a dynamic environment.
Fluency in English along with a working knowledge of German would be advantageous.
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
