Our client a leading commercial engine parts trading company based in Co. Clare are looking for a Sales Support Executive to join their successful existing team.
Duties:
•Provide administrative support to the Sales Operations team - completing any miscellaneous, ad-hoc tasks as required by Management
•Assist in compiling Sales Packs and lead to closing out the process in less time
•Updates to the No Quotes Database so can identify demands of our customers where no stock/ no suitable stock / not high value to do Brokerage
•Assist Sales People to be more front line – faster reaction time to quotes, relationship building with existing and new customers translating into higher sales
•Perform analysis of the local sales data to identify opportunities for specific parts/customers.
•Expected increased volume of quote requests via online sources
•Incoming quote requests (RFQs) – process to a certain point and have reviewed and compiled data from System to enable Sales person to review and faster respond to customer
•Generate and distribute sales reports with accuracy as required in accordance with pre-defined service level agreements
•Work on own initiative to identify areas for potential process improvement
