We have an exciting new opportunity for Data Analyst with rapidly growing Logistics Solutions Provider. Working from their base in Shannon, Co. Clare, the successful candidate will work closely with existing team, which includes third party IT provider, growing customer based and internal organisation to effectively manage and share information to support business growth goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Work with IT Provider to project manage the accurate implementation and update of data required to support business goals and rollout to customer base and internal organisation
• Identify, analyse and interpret data trends and effectively manage the implementation and rollout of improvements.
• Ongoing monitoring and review of data to ensure integrity and accuracy.
• Proactively work with customer base and internal team to log, track and effectively manage the resolution of issues as they are identified.
• Work effectively with customer base to present data, reports, including review of trends etc., and work effectively with them to address any areas of concern.
• Interpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques and reporting.
Key Requirements:
• Degree in Business or equivalent.
• Ideally have 2 years + experience in similar role in Logistics sector.
• Strong customers interface skills, with the ability to effectively present data and proactively address issues as they are identified.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively as part of client & customer implementation teams.
