We are currently recruiting for an experienced Operations Analyst for one of our multinational clients based in Shannon, Co. Clare. Positions will be offered on initial 6 month contract with opportunity to extend.
Third level qualification in Finance, Mathematics or Business studies
Excellent database analytical skills
Technically competent & logically minded, having worked in similar analytical environment prior to this.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, with strong emphasis in Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
Generate & distribute accurate & timely Sales & Operational reports
Proactively consider more efficient, automated deliverables for the many reports published
Complete any ad-hoc report requests as needed by the business
SKILLS
Problem solving and analytical skills.
Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and business partnering skills.
Highly motivated, self-starter with sense of urgency and accountability.
Proficient with Microsoft Office especially Excel.
