We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operator with one of our long-established clients in Aviation sector based in Shannon, Co. Clare. Positions will be offered on initial 2 month contract with excellent opportunity for the longer term.
Job Duties:
• Processing requests and supply orders, Receiving and shipping of product, pulling materials, packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area of the Warehouse.
• Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests in the stores department.
• Maintains quality service as per organisation quality standards.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Ensuring accuracy of Inventory parts.
Candidate Requirements:
• To be considered for this position, candidate will need to have minimum 1 years of experience working in similar fast paced regulated warehousing environment ideally in Aviation sector.
• Ability to work effectively as part of team
• Self-motivated with strong work ethic and ability to work with minimum direction
• Good numerical skills and strong attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal skills, with energy and “can-do” attitude.
• Strong IT skills with working knowledge of Microsoft products.
• Working knowledge of SAP/Oracle a distinct advantage.
• Valid Manual Handling Cert essential
• Current forklift licence essential
• Flexible and available for overtime as required to support business needs.
