eFlexes are currently seeking a Finance Assistant for an exciting new position with a well-established Client based in Shannon, Co. Clare.
Reporting to the Senior Financial Accountant, the Finance Assistant will join a dedicated and collaborative team, where your main objectives will be the preparation of accounting reconciliations for a number of special purpose companies.

Key responsibilities include:

Process invoice payments to suppliers

Provide support to accounting team

Accounts Payable / Recievable

Bank Reconciliations
-
Monitoring and reporting on cash movements

Verify all invoices have been correctly coded and authorised

Posting cash receipts and invoices onto accounting systems

Assist in accounts preparation process
-
Special Projects as required
Qualifications & Experience:
-
Finance Certificate / Diploma, Accounting Technician or part qualified Accountant

Excellent interpersonal/communication skills are essential

PC literate with excellent Excel / MS Word skills

Ability to work within tight operating deadlines

Highly motivated and able to work under own initiative

Ambitious, proactive and a team player

Relevant industry experience would be an advantage
