eFlexes are currently looking for highly motivated experienced Process Engineer for an industry leading, Shannon based client.
As Process Engineer you will have excellent technical and analytical skills that enables you to successfully implement change and drive long-term innovation and cost-saving improvements. This role will report into the Process Engineering Leader and the ideal candidate is someone who can work independently, thrives under pressure and is committed to an exceptional level of delivery standards.
Purpose of the role:
Deliver robust stable processes within Services to support reliable production within the Product teams. Lead process improvement activity to increase flexibility (i.e., combination of runs) and reduce the costs of the services (i.e., reduction of gas usage).
Qualification/Skills:

Engineering Degree, preferably in Mechanical or Materials

Ability to understand complex processes involving multiple disciplines

Strong analytical / problem solving skills

Disciplined structure approach to defining / qualifying process stability

Competent communication & report writing skills

Knowledge of material science relating to materials and processes would be desirable

Experience working with cross-functional teams, using project management and influence skills to deliver business results

Ability to work quickly and achieve results
