We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Service Administrator, based in Ennis, Co Clare. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team, where you will play a key role in supporting clients, Scheduling and Sales team, ensuring a seamless process and high standard of service delivery to clients.   Position will report to Business Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle outbound and inbound calls 
  • Maintain client portals to ensure daily updates are provided
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring that all service requests and required works are addressed promptly
  • Coordinate and schedule work by liaising directly with clients and the scheduling team
  • Assist in the preparation of service contracts, including maintaining contract records and processing amendments.
  • Assist with weekly reporting 

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Flexible team player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in a busy office environment with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.
