We have an excellent opportunity with rapidly growing Supply Chain Integrator based in Co. Clare for an experienced Customer Care Representative on an initial 6 month contract basis. This role requires a driven and energetic individual with excellent customer service skills who want to work in a challenging and rewarding environment. 

We are currently recruiting an experience Accounts Assistant with long established Shannon based multinational client. Position will be offered on contract – 8 months approx..

Accounts Receivable
> Generating and printing sales invoices from daily shipment reports
> Liaising with Customer Services in relation to customer quotations to ensure accuracy of sales invoices
> Credit Control

Month-End Preparation
> Preparation of month end sales reports and credit control reports.
> Bank Reconciliations
