Due to continued growth, our Limerick based client has a new position available for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their growing team.
 
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Accounts Assistant will be responsible for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable function and associated tasks.

Working 24 hours per week, the position will cover the following responsibilities:
  • Monthly management accounts
  • Budgets and forecasting
  • Payroll approval – with external provider administering
  • Oversee the finance function AP/AR
  • Work with Commercial Director for customer contract pricing
  • Insurance – renewals
